The American Occupational Therapy Foundation is the nation’s leading non-profit investing in new OT research and the future OT workforce. Founded in 1965 as a scientific and educational charitable organization, AOTF serves the public interest by supporting OT research and increasing public understanding of the important relationships between everyday activities (occupations) and health. It accomplishes its aims through grants, scholarships, programs and publications. All of this work is made possible through the generosity of charitable giving by a community of donors.

AOTF is a vital resource for all OTs. To learn more about our work, receive news and updates, register for events and our research journal, OTJR: Occupation, Participation and Health, and support occupational therapy with a philanthropic gift, please visit us at www.aotf.org
